In accordance with the current and effective ISU guidelines, and legal and health regulations borne by the Hungarian Government, the Hungarian National Skating Federation and the Organizing Committee hereby requests that the guidelines below be obliged during the COVID-19 pandemic at the ISU World Cup Short Track, Debrecen (HUN).
In order to minimize the risk of infection, the OC asks that every participant (all accredited persons and spectators) of the event understands, agrees to, and acts according to the guidelines below.
- Only spectators with valid immunity certificate or EU COVID passport are allowed to enter the competition. EU COVID passport can be gained in 3 ways: with vaccination, with proven antibody and with negative PCR test. Third-country nationals are allowed to enter with immunity certificate if there is an agreement between Hungary and the concerned country. Spectators under 18 may enter if they are accompanied by an adult with accepted immunity certificate. Immunity certificates will be checked upon the daily first entry, and upon approval a wristband will be handed over that has to be worn during the whole event.
Third countries that Hungary has agreement with to accept each other’s immunity certificates:
ALB, BRN, CYP, CZE, MKD, GEO, CPV, CRO, KAZ, MAR, MDA, MGL, MNE, SMR, SRB, SLO, SVK, TUR, UKR, UZB
- Following the ISU’s Guidelines and the OC regulations, it is compulsory to wear a mask (covering nose and mouth) in the Arena. There are certain exceptions for Competitors and Team Members introduced in a separate document.
- All participants are required to keep a physical distance of 1.5 meters when staying in public places.
- Please use the designated hand sanitizers in the facility and pay special attention to the personal hygiene.
Keep in mind that the trainings are not open for visit by any spectator, only the competition can be visited (on the conditions above).
Due to the current pandemic, the OC asks every spectator to respect the signages and only use the designated areas and routes. Furthermore, it is not allowed to approach the athletes and professionals, the OC asks the spectators’ cooperation in respecting that.
By entering the World Cup, the visitor accepts the policy of the Főnix Arena and at the same time the above regulations related to COVID-19 control.
In case the above are not respected by any participant, the security service may ask the person(s) in question to leave the facility immediately.
